- Import and distribution of cosmetics products

our story
The business started out as a small cosmetics institute situated in a small room in our house
Today, 36 years later, our treatment center is situated in the northern Israeli city of Migdal HaEmek, and occupies an area of 250 sq meters. It was built at a large investment backed by strategic thinking, planning, design, and strict attention to the tiniest details. The center comprises a broad variety of treatments and services including cosmetic treatments, permanent makeup, hair removal using the most advanced laser technology, Botox injections, filling wrinkles, a tanning machine, lecture room for hosting workshops, day seminars, and more… Since then till today we have remained motivated by our goal of being the leaders in our field from every aspect including professionalism, knowledge, instrumentation, technology, and of course service

The import and distribution of cosmetics products department established 3 years ago
There is strongly linkages with our clinic we are using our36 years experience to select the best products. During the last year we are importing beauty face masks from South Korea, all the import products passed the Israeli registration process and approved by the Israeli Ministry of Health, The masks are marketed to large marketing centers for beauticians throughout all Israel

“In choosing this profession I was guided by a number of prime motivations: working with my hands, personal contact, a desire to give and invest of myself for others. These considerations together with my awareness for aesthetics clearly led me to the world of cosmetics and aesthetics.”
Immediately upon her certification as a cosmetologist by the Israeli Ministry of Labor Smadar established the first clinic and the professional successes were not long in coming.
The knowledge and experience acquired by Smadar allow her to deal with the most complex professional problems and challenges, but most of all Smadar has gained the trust of clients who come for treatments from all over the country and the world. Smadar constantly makes sure to innovate and renew, professionally, equipment and technology, design and the atmosphere of the institute, with the client’s well-being and satisfaction in mind

Effi Zamir has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing
During his adult life he was engaged in two main fields :
- As a production manager in the microelectronics and semiconductor industry
- Marketing & sales manager
“I’ve accompanied our business since its inception while being involved in the abovementioned areas. However the business’s thriving success made it necessary for me to leave my other occupations and focus on the business’s development and expansion. And indeed, we’ve guided the business to major successes. At the last 3 years I’m focusing on developing the cosmetics import department. We participate in professional exhibitions and make certain to remain current in innovations in our field”

Israel cosmetics products registrations process
As of today the Smadushka ltd is focused in two different businesses:
The Regulation in Israel concerning the import of, preparations and cosmetic products is very involved and complicated. In order to import cosmetic materials and products we must first of all obtain a general cosmetic import license from the Israeli Ministry of Health, without such a license, we cannot begin the process of importing a specific product.
Over the last years we’ve worked Energetically with the Ministry of Health and have received a general cosmetic import license, which enables us to import a cosmetic products, all this on condition that the specific product undergoes inspection by the Ministry of Health.
Without the Ministry’s license we cannot even begin inspecting a specific product. an importer who has a license to import cosmetics products is a huge advantage for promoting the specific product registration
